System Requirements

  • Operating System: Windows 7, 8, 10, or 11 (32-bit or 64-bit)
  • RAM: Minimum 2GB (4GB recommended)
  • Storage: At least 2GB free disk space
  • Internet: Only needed for installation. Exams run fully offline.

Download the Software

1. Click the download button above or the button below.

2. Wait for the download to complete (file size: ~1.5GB).

3. The file will be saved as EliteCBT-Offline-Setup.zip

Extract & Install

  1. 1. Right-click the downloaded ZIP file → click "Extract All"
  2. 2. Open the extracted folder
  3. 3. Double-click EliteCBT-Setup.exe
  4. 4. If Windows shows a security warning, click "More info" → "Run anyway"
  5. 5. Follow the installation wizard — click Next, Next, Install, Finish
  6. 6. Elite CBT icon will appear on your Desktop

Activate with Your Trial Key

  1. 1. Double-click the Elite CBT icon on your Desktop
  2. 2. On the welcome screen, click "Activate / Enter License Key"
  3. 3. Type your trial key exactly as shown (format: ECBT-XXXX-XXXX)
  4. 4. Click "Activate"
  5. 5. You will see: "Trial activated successfully — 90 days remaining"

Create Your First Exam

  1. 1. Click "Manage Questions" → "Add New Question"
  2. 2. Select Subject, Class, and type your question with 4 options (A, B, C, D)
  3. 3. Mark the correct answer and save
  4. 4. Repeat for all questions (minimum 10 recommended)
  5. 5. Click "Create Exam" → select your questions → set time limit
  6. 6. Click "Start Exam Session" → students log in and begin

View Results

  1. 1. After exam ends, click "Results" from the main menu
  2. 2. Select the exam to view scores for all students
  3. 3. Click "Print Results" to print individual or class result sheets
  4. 4. Results are saved permanently on your computer
